We proudly ship from our wellness lab in Kingston, Ontario. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Canada via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Note: We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on dried mushrooms, tinctures, or salves to ensure product purity and safety.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
