Our Mission

Cordyceps Canada is an Ontario-based mushroom grower focused on small-batch cultivation, transparent sourcing, and carefully prepared mushroom products.

We grow and work with Cordyceps militaris, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Turkey Tail, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and clear product information.

Our Story

What began as a personal interest in mushroom cultivation in 2020 developed into a dedicated urban growing operation in Kingston, Ontario.

Over time, we refined our cultivation methods and expanded into dried mushrooms and other mushroom-based products. Our approach combines hands-on growing experience with careful attention to process, cleanliness, and consistency.
